A short looping animation I made in Blender. First Blender project in a while

What I learned making this:

• Setting up night lighting with the World settings
• Making a glowing purple aura with shader nodes (Layer Weight, Color Ramp, Emission and Transparent shaders)
• Using a Displace modifier to wrap the aura around the character
• Parenting objects so they move together
• Animating with keyframes and making the motion loop forever with a Cycles modifier
• Rendering the final animation out as a video
